A comfortable, clean and easy place to stay

It was clean and easy to locate. The kitchen facilities were really helpful when we didn’t want to eat out each night. The air conditioning at night was great! Very close to the beach.

The lights were out very early. It’s about a 10-15 minute walk from the night out spots and old town, which is manageable but a bit of a walk. There are only 3 showers so sometimes you have to wait to shower.

Very Good

The building is wonderful, the atmosphere relaxed and the host, Ben was very helpful. Great facilities in the kitchen and bathrooms, felt homely and people were respectful.

Small comfortable space

The place is a small apartment that the owner has managed to distribute to make it hostel, it has 4 rooms with air-conditioned, bunk beds and lockers, where I was there were two bunk beds of 3 beds plus two bunk beds of two beds, I do not remember if the other rooms were the same, there is also a small kitchen and a small hall with two tables. The owner keeps the bathrooms and rooms clean, the windows are always open for ventilation. It also has security cameras in the kitchen and in the hall.

The doors of the rooms are unlocked, they are always open and anyone can enter.

Good cost-benefit relation, close to the beach and train station, not the best for a girl traveling solo but good enough

The host was very polite and happy to give recommendations for restaurants and things to do. The locationwas very good, close to the beach and to the train station so you could easily go to the other cities around.

The place is small and the beds creaks so it’s not very comfortable when you are sleeping on the bed below. The guests were overall ok, some shy, some fun and some just weird/loud and there is really no control over it. The rooms are all mixed I believe so it doesn’t feel super safe as a girl traveling solo but everything went well. I am used to hostels with an age limit for guests and that was no the case for this one, which I didn’t really like but wasn’t that big of a problem either.

Not much work space. Bunk beds are tight. Showers have a 5 sec timer. No real outside space.

I came on my own and I left with a bunch of friends. Very ideal for travelling.

The host is happy to have a chat, he speaks good English. The location is a 5 minute walk from the beach and the tram stop isn’t far either. Perfect if you’re on a budget. Ben changes the door codes daily which makes it feel secure and safe. The area is a lovely part of Nice.

Nothing, you get what you pay for, cheap and cheerful.

Cheap option if you just need a bed

- Good location near city center, beach and Alsace-Lorraine tram station, which is the tram from the airport - Locker for each bed - Power sockets for charging at each bed - Kitchen for cooking - A/C in each room, but not needed during my stay - Showers with hot water - Curtains for almost every bed - One of the cheapest options in Nice

- Hostel charges extra for check in after 24:00 - Hostel charges for leaving bags after check out/before check in - No keys for the rooms, just for main door - No reception person. Seems like the host just shows up sometimes

Worth it for price and location. Just very difficult to find at first!

curtains for your bed, a locker, access to a kitchen, location was great, powerports by the bed

really difficult to find! owner difficult to contact. There is no sign indicating the hostel, you have to check one of 10 buttons on a panel next to a door, with old small text on the button. Besides that, it was very friendly and clean.
